1. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to the tour start date. Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date require full payment at the time of reservation.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, or cash (paid on arrival)

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before the tour start date are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days prior to the tour start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date are non‑refundable.

For assistance or to request a refund, please contact our reservations team. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

3. Tour Changes and Cancellations

  • Hok Cambodian Journeys reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided or an alternative tour date offered.

4. Responsibility

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and meet health requirements for entry into Cambodia.
  • Hok Cambodian Journeys is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property during the tour.

5. Health and Fitness

  • Travelers should be in reasonable health and fitness to participate in our tours.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements should be communicated to us at the time of booking.

6. Price Changes

  • While we strive to maintain our advertised prices, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant currency fluctuations or government actions.
  • Any price changes will be communicated clearly before final payment is due.

7. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of luggage.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of arranging and conducting your tour.
  • We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary for tour arrangements.

9. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints should be reported to your tour guide immediately so that we can attempt to resolve issues on the spot.
  • For unresolved issues, please contact our customer service team in writing within 14 days of the tour’s end.
